eurotaal translation agency - Translation - Certification

Why do you need a certified translation?
Some translations, such as judicial decrees & contracts, as well as diplomas & birth certificates, are only accepted by government institutions and notarial professions, if they are prepared by sworn translators. Sworn translators are certified by the court. Only those translators who have demonstrable training or skills are granted certification.
What does the certified translator do?
The certified translator signs and stamps the translation and declares that the translation is a true and faithful rendition of the original document. The translation is also securely attached to the original document.
What do you do?
We only use professional, sworn translators for you…..
You can send us your documents requiring certification by fax, e-mail or post. In the latter case, however, there’s always a risk that your valuable document may become lost. Therefore, we highly advise you not to send us the original document. Just send a copy; we’ll provide the rest.
What do we do?
Sworn translations must have the translator’s original signature and stamp. Therefore, it cannot be sent to you by e-mail. We’ll send you the certified translations by registered post, and we’ll pay the postage.
